Resolute Growth Tour 2017

Who’s ready for a break from business as usual, amped to try something new in 2017? We’re embarking on a Resolute Growth workshop tour. Think Coachella, Lollapalooza and Woodstock mashed together. Only for this we’re assembling a show of the best time-proven management techniques and the hottest new trends, including gamification.

It’s like getting your favorite old Rolling Stones-ish band and the hot Taylor Swift-y one on the same stage. Boomers and millennials both get to shake it off.

The Resolute Growth tour kicks off Dec. 14 in NYC in Lower Manhattan, with stops in other major cities in the U.S. The one-day workshop blends principles from traditional management systems, such as The Balanced Scorecard and Management by Objectives, with the latest methods, including gamification and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Workshop participants will learn how to …

  • Fire up sustainable growth that sparks resolve across the organization
  • Quickly implement leading-edge management trends, including gamification
  • Discover important business metrics that you never knew
  • Resolve to not accept mediocrity

This workshop is open to consultants and business owners, anyone who’s bored with the ordinary performance of their business or agency. They’ll learn from one of the world’s leading management consulting experts, Brett Knowles, who has advised leaders at Google, Apple, Facebook, along with Southwest Airlines, Boeing, and State Farm. He’s also been frequently published in business pubs, such as Harvard Business Review, Forbes and Fortune. Read more about Brett.
