Section 4: What You Learn from Review Phase
Section 5: How MyObjectives Changes Work
We understand the real world: there are unplanned events and unforeseen work that will arise.
Scoping this in advance allows teams to accomplish work items and manage obstacles along the way while still hitting the Success Zone. Unplanned objectives can be added to the scorecard anytime during the Do phase but they do receive zero points toward the actual overall score, and it helps teams protect against new work being assigned to them during the period.
Congratulations! We are 3/5 of the way through the Overview. We touched on the Setup and Do phases of the MyObjectives repeating success cycle, so now let’s talk about the Review phase.
Before we talk about how the Review phase is not about doing the work, go ahead and take our quiz to ensure your understanding of the course material so far.
