Planning the Effort
As an aid to improving your ability to forecast and plan more and more accurately, we have added an Effort attribute so you can guesstimate how much work an objective or key result is thought to take. When your organization completes the game period and you review your success and struggles, you can reflect on the effort estimate to see if there’s anything to learn there.

Consolidated Editing
All aspects of an objective can now be edited from the Edit link. We liked the “More…” button, we really did. It served us well for a long time, but no more.

Weekly Summary Report
Stakeholders asked us to improve their busy lives by pointing out what changes occurred within their MyObjectives environment over the previous week. So now, each Saturday, our chips scour your bits looking for important changes and create a beautiful email that goes out to each user designated as a Stakeholder by your master administrator. It’s such a beautiful email that non-stakeholders will be clamoring at your door to be designated as a Stakeholder just so they can receive it, too.

Reports, Reports, Reports
Government studies of the screen size required to view our growing Report menu indicated to us that something needed to change. And since we can’t reduce the number of government studies of our software, nor the size of your screen, we found a great solution: The Report menu is now a link! It takes you to a page where all our reports are listed, described, and as they become available, include a thumbnail of what that report could like – which is more handy than you realize since some of the reports show historical trends that you might not have developed yet. According to other government studies this was the right approach to take, so we’re fine with it.
Our effort to do this: Large
Payoff to you: Extra-Large
Did you notice? All the payoffs are extra-large. That’s because we don’t offer extra, extra-large.
