Alliance Enterprises, Inc. (Alliance) today announced the launch of its new gamified software-as-a-service (SaaS) management solution, MyObjectives – integrating management best practices and modern gaming mechanics. MyObjectives will be available for purchase beginning July 1 at MyObjectives.com. A free version is available at no cost.
“The very nature of gaming excites and motivates employees at all levels,” said CEO of Alliance Enterprises Chris Pieper. “That’s no small feat when it comes to engaging the workforce. And now business leaders can leverage the power of employee teams using Alliance’s MyObjectives software.”
MyObjectives is Alliance’s new team-focused Management by Gaming solution that promotes organizational goal sharing and scorecards. As the industry’s first performance-based solution, it leverages many of the most esteemed management methodologies, including Management by Objectives, Balanced Scorecards and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Featuring an adaptable interface, MyObjectives improves delegation through clearly defined strategy, which allows managers to trust and verify team progress on outlined objectives.
Pieper continued, “We’ll examine the use of game mechanics to improve employee engagement in more detail on July 23 in our free Engagement Game webcast featuring gamification expert Jane McGonigal, but managers can put this effective method to work with MyObjectives as soon as tomorrow.”
“MyObjectives is already having such a major impact on our business, bringing structure to the beautiful chaos!” says Josh Grandy, COO of Fibonacci’s Trail, a company that has been testing a beta version of MyObjectives. MyObjectives has been available to a select few organizations since fall of 2014.
MyObjectives integrates technology and best practices to improve management quality. The goal management software challenges organizations to engage in friendly competition, creating a culture of accountability and recognized results.
